Alternative to clen?

Hi everyone. My Mrs needs an alternative to clenbuterol, she gets some serious migraines from it for some reason and I'm not clued up enough to offer any advice so I said I'd ask the experts at MTS any ideas?

Summer is at the door so up this thread.
