I've been using MTS now for about 8 months and during that time I've made about 5 orders.

I received my latest order yesterday and had a problem with ONE of the products in the package. So I contacted MTS using the support email address and explained the issue.

What did they do? Replaced the item straight away it arrived at my door the following morning.
