Sorry, we don't stock the pens at this point of time. Just the cartridges. Possibly in future we'll obtain them.

do you need a pen or can you do with the syringe and needle? is there even the water to reconstruct it?

Just use a syringe and draw from the cartridge. The water and power are mixed when you push it in. So it's with the cartridge together

If i want to take 2IU's a day how many day will this last? Also, is a vial to be mixed with BA water and injected?

depends on how much you buy, ofcourse. its not difficult: if you buy 90iu then it will last 45 days. if you buy 4800 iu then it will last 2400 days. easy calculating
yes always mix with sterile water or BA water and ofcourse inject
