DISCOUNTS - can I use multiple discount coupons and points at the same time?

Seriously... the audacity of some people... 1 customer wanted to combine 3 coupons and points in the same order and basically get a massive order for free...

* YOU CANNOT COMBINE MULTIPLE COUPONS TOGETHER IN 1 ORDER
* YOU CANNOT USE POINTS AND COUPONS TOGETHER IN THE SAME ORDER


Because of general abuse of coupon codes, we've cancelled a bunch of good ones as it was getting out of control... the many freebies (based on multiple coupons) which is not even allowed, would be valued more than the order amount.So making losses.


For customers who combine multiple coupons/points - we will honour only 1 of the multiple coupons provided (and that will be the one with the least value).

You'll also note the FREQUENT CUSTOMER coupon is now expired. It clearly stated it was for your NEXT ORDER *ONLY*, but some customers are simply using it on every small micro order and taking free gear that costs more than their order.

We try to be generous with great deals and offers, but please help to follow the requirements of each coupon.

But the banner at the top of the page does say if you leave a review you can claim the 3 vails with other coupons and points 😉

which banner is this?

deals cant mix. each deal is by itself. no grouping of coupons and deals.

It was for a very short time... now you cannot combine points or coupons together.

You cannot use POINTS and COUPONS at the same time. What's so hard to understand? I will not honour the request. Follow the rules please.

at checkout there is a clear option that says use points. BUT points cannot be used if your order has a discount on the products already. either points OR discount, not both

Can I use the 20% for the gear and Pay the pharma fully, all in 1 order?

for pharma stuff you need to order from the EURO warehouse, orders cannot be mixed from different warehouses. so either EURO or UK

But lets say I order 10x test e and a box nolvadex, can I use my coupon (20% off) on the test e and Pay the nolvadex at full price (since you cant use the coupon on pharm stuff)
