Lean bombs

Could anybody @ MTS tell me if taking lean bombs would make me hold water competing? Have British finals this sunday and was gonna keep taking them up until show day but not sure if whatever is inside them will make me hold onto some water? Any info please

I think there's only "hardening" compounds in it, which won't convert into estrogen.

it wont make you hold water. but to be sure how your body reacts and how much is bets for you simply experiment with it in the weeks leading up. even with winny and other hardening orals some hold bit more water and others literally zero. so the compounds themselves are super shredding stuff but how you react and best dosage is bit of trial and error and find the sweetspot
