heres the scenario. wife and kids flying back home to visit her parents. Me
going to great beach for week with friends. now heres the choices.
1)workout, maintain some diet?
2)workout in the morning, party in afternoon
3)say fuck it party all week, cuz my drunk ass wont wake up in the morning to train.

, coming from a respected MTS staff its as good as gospel.
. more i think about it i feel i will do some morning workouts. that way i can have a good time with half the guilt. really to be honest at this stage in the game any time off from the gym, even a day makes it harder to get back into rhythm. tell ya its tough getting old.
