Is it better to inject in the shoulders or butt ? As when I have previously injected in the butt I seem to have quite a lot of blood on withdrawal of the needle once I have injected the product?

as long as the needle is in the muscle = you are in the right spot. avoid calves as they hurt a lot, so shoulders or ass or quads or lats are the best options
