Not receiving stealth product information anymore.

Hi,
For the last couple of orders, I am not receiving any emails regarding how to identify the compound, when it is stealth packed. May I ask why this is not happening anymore? I had to contact customer sevice each time to identify the products. I hate to do the guessing game. Hope this gets sorted soon.

pls PM me with your most recent order ID/number and i will check for you what it is. in general it is always given to the customer and no issues, can happen, small thing. PM me pls, thank you
