10 products and warehouses

The 10 product has been changed to limit what you can order and how much of each unit per order, is this permanent or just over Christmas period? And if I live in the UK can I order from the UK international range or is it only from the UK express for the 10 products? There's not much in the UK express selection to pick from. And a lot of the products seem to have disappeared like the test blends, are they coming back or have they been stopped?
