I run parabolan 100mg/ew and Testo prop100mg/ew for 6 weeks
I'm thinking to change for another 6 week to a tri tren (with testo? )
Do I have to take Arimidex or proviron or both?and why

You don't "have" to take any of those. They play a specific role in your cycle and you simply shouldn't just throw stuff in if it doesn't serve a purpose.

You said "ew" = "every week"... 100mg every week? that's nothing, baby dosage.

Arimidex is an anti estrogen drug, some people need it and some people don't. Should be taken if you have estrogen related issues.

Proviron has another purpose too...which you can easily read about on google.

But - I do think the dosage 100mg/ew is really low.

And something else when is the right time for blood tests to check the estrogen

some people need testosterone, some don't. I would run at least a trt dose for normal body functions. I would prefer to do blood tests every 4-8 weeks. you should not worry so much about estrogen. I noticed that the more I worry about it, the worse it gets!
