Sexual function and steroids

Does anyone else start having sexual problems whilst staying on for a long time?

My sex drive is high, I can get erections and wank but when it comes to the actual action with a girl I struggle to get an erection or have trouble maintaining it.

Currently on 600mg test 500mg deca, using arimidex to control estrogen and dostinex for prolactin and my estrogen levels are fine. Will using HCG 500ui X2 week fix this as someone has said it's due to natural supression. Or shall I start using calias until I pct and come off?

sexual function is best when hormones in play are all balanced out: testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, prolactin

testosterone can drive up your estrogen and bring sexual function out of whack, deca can drive up prolactin and do the same.

You need to do a bloodtest and see what is out of balance and only then a efficient way of dealing with it is possible, otherwise it would be anybodies guess what needs to change. bloodwork shows all and is the only and best way

Alternatively you can trial and error your AI dosages.
For me I found running 1/4 a letro pill (roughly 0.675mg) 2x a week instead of EOD is working better for me libido wise.

Of course this is less accurate and "efficient" than Godzilla's suggestion.

The easy fix, cheap less time consuming way is just get some Viagra or Cialis but of course then this way you're not actually fixing the problem at its source.

So this is why people just use viagra/cialis whilst on because it can be hard to maintain a proper balance of hormones? I had my estrogen checked and it came back 64 PMOL/L which is 17pg/ml which should be fine as it's on the lower end really?

Is the best thing really to use cialis whilst on then do a PCT at the end of a cycle and let your hormones balance back out before going back on? When I seem to start a cycle my sex drive is awesome, but it dies out after 2-3 months or so.

cialis will indeed help, it is amazing for boners. it will not solve the cause of the issue but it will for sure give you a confidence boost and many many people are using it so no issues there go for it

and as said if you want to go to the root then do a bloodtest every 1-2 months and compare the values with how you feel, following any kind of general medical standard is no guarantee as every body and person are different. you might be in the range and still feel shit or out and feel fantastic. goal is feeling fantastic and not being in range so YOUR range is most important, find the sweetspot

Could just be the girl aswell I suppose? First time with some other girl it happened then the next times after that I was fine.... Strange though
