Expecting super fast replies and multiple emails

Can everyone please be patient with emails. I cannot answer 300+ emails per day with a 1 minute reply turnaround time. It's not an Indian call centre here.

You get your reply within 24 hours and usually within a few hours.

Sending 3-4 emails one after the other does NOT make the reply turnaround time faster. It actually makes it slower because it floods the inbox with emails that don't add value to the original email that was sent.

Nobody can work 24/7 and not take any breaks. If you can't reply to emails within 1 minute of being emailed at any random time of the day, then please don't expect others can too.

Again, some people think it's normal to email after a few hours to why their email has not been responded to. Seriously... Don't send a second email until 24 hours has overlapped without a reply
