So started my lean gain 2 weeks ago- 2ml eod. About 3 days after starting my course I got hit with a pretty bad chest infection but carried on with the cycle even though I haven’t been able to train and my diet has been shocking as trying to feed this infection off.
Amazingly my physique has already started to change muscles are pumped with that round hard look and abs are coming through already. Can’t wait to see results when training and diet is back on point.
