Its been awhile since I've posted. Took some time off training, diet and gear. No health issues just took a break.
Currently on Triple EN...test enan, mast enan, tren enan...100 mg each three days per wk.
Nutrition: Not counting calories but eating semi clean.
Meal 1: 1-2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 pack instant sweet oatmeal (sometime 1 banana added)
Meal 2 & 4: 2 packs natural walnuts/almonds (100 cal each)/sometime small bagel & natural peanut butter
Meal 3 & 5: chicken & rice or chicken & potato/or salmon & potato
sometime PB & jelly sandwich before training
crystal light in water 2-3 times per day (vary)
cardio: 2-3 days wk (30 min)
strength: 3-4 days wk
current wt: 164
and yes that's a MED-TECH shirt under white sleeveless :)

Weight about the same. Switched a few things up but basically the same foods all week. Will increase carbs before tomorrow morning workout. Will update with pic. Looking forward to a good pump.

caught some type of bug and was sick for three days and didn't train. was only able to eat soft food/soup and plenty of fluids. felt better this morning and trained back. didn't step on the scale. still on lean gain and eq but didn't pin three days I was sick.

that saying...if it isn't broke don't fix it...quality products A+, customer service A+, shipping A+...another successful order and yep some of the same :) not gaining a lot of size/weight but liking the way physique is looking

Yep, you’ll be happy you did! Don’t need a lot to see results as long as training and eating is somewhat in check
