High Carb/Cheat Day or Refeed Day

what ever you call it what's your go to cheat meal, high carb or refeed day? do you notice a better pump the next day? do you feel sluggish from too many calories or more energy?

had teriyaki chicken, shrimp and white rice for one meal, 10 California rolls for another meal and butter pecan ice cream yesterday. pump was good to go, lost a bit of conditioning but definitely felt more energy...and that MTS Lean Gain and EQ definitely help ;)

I remember when I was cutting I would always had worse workouts on refeeddays for Some reason
