Sounds like he’s taking time off after surgery to make sure he heals properly.

After his comeback that’s him fully out the game of bodybuilding

now what’s interesting is how many can big ramy win as ramy now is unbeatable in contest condition

I think he's done and dusted. The latest 8 week out videos... all promo. He'll probably try to win a not so competitive pro show for his finale.

Brother dont make any sense Phil compete again , he already done alot for this sport being one the best ever MR O. he as nothing to prove, we know with the age and body cant look as good as young and in is case on is 7 titles he decreases quality from year to year . He try to grow year after year and if you can see is waist grow more .

is not a humble man but is a super athlete and is probably top 3 best ever .
