Points being deducted

Please note that our website had a bug and the points system was not working for 2 years correctly.

How long do points last

A transaction will expire after 90 days since its creation date.



The bug meant that all gained points from the system was kept even past the 3 months limit. Once our developer had fixed the bug, the system automatically expired all points > 90 days.

Kind of hard to collect points if they dissapear within 3 months. If you make a bigger than average order, you're usually good for a few months.

Maybe a new system would be 'better'?

I'm not mad my points got cut in half, you guys have been very generous in the past!
