Test en + tren en

Hi

Can someone tell me what should be the weekly dosage of that mix (tren en 200mg + test en 300mg)? Also wanted know how long can I take that mix, I was thinking about 16 weeks. What should I also take to prevent sides effects?

Take 1ml twice per week

Monday/Thursday

would run it for 12 weeks then 4 weeks test only at 400mg/wk then cruise on 200-250mg of test wait at least 8 week before blasting again.

If doing pct cycle for 12 weeks the drop down to 250mg test 4 weeks then run the following pct

During clearance period use hcg with aromasin 25mg for 10 days then 25mg eod for another 10 days
week 1 3000iu monday thurday
week 2 1500iu monday thurday

follow up with
30 days clomid @ 50mg ed
45 days nolva @ 20mg ed

after that stay clean for at least 4-6 months
to help keep gains during your off period you can cycle some Sarms and cycle some igf-1
