I placed order on the 2nd. Haven’t received anything

Also sent an email. No response. I have been woth you guy for 5 years and never had this happen before. Normally it within hours

You got an email 4 days ago via the site. Also you need to submit a support ticket. There were no support tickets raised under your name and only just got one a few hours ago.

I sent another email and filed out the contact form. Still haven’t heard back. Can you please cancel
