High dose tab questions

Just wondered, I remember reading at one point you guys recommended chewing the high dose tabs (50mg+) to ensure you get maximal absorption as you said they are made differently to the others. Two questions:

1: is this still the case or have you changed the formula these days?
2: I recently got some 50 mg vars and it states they are capsules on the tub, not opened them yet as I’m not ready to use them yet but is this right or is it a typo? If it is right, is this a permanent change?

Formula is always the same, our quality is always the same (top level)

And yes we have capsules as well, depends which warehouse we send the products from. Ingredients are always the same and thus same results/effects

i would say yes as it makes sure that the digestion can work with it bit more easy then if whole. its a small thing to do to optimize the process
