What is the safest and best way to take anadrol, just ordered some. Should I be using milk thristle with it aswell?

dont drink alcohol would be best advice, milk thistle will help the liver. go for 1 tab a day and 2 only if needed its very powerful and will put mass on you quicker then anything pretty much
