Test E issues

I’ve been using mts for a couple years now and never had any issues until my last order. I got in some new test e and every injection I’ve done has had horrible knotting the initial injection and the day after are fine but after that I’ll get a knot(not painful or red) that stays there for weeks at a time I opened a new bottle to see if the results were the same and they were. I tried a different bottle prescribed from a dr and no issues at all with that. The batch is 00552 and was wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues.
