Hello best is to always just email as at support, instead of writing on the forum as forum is for long lasting things and not for spur of the moment details.
Also it is super high holiday season and we are very busy with many upgrades etc so pls have some patience and as always you will receive the payment info for your order

I have contacted support it's been 12 hours and still no details have been sent. Further more I have a red sign at the bottom of the screen say pay or be banned. It's my first time ordering direct from mts I thought it would be alot more straight forward tbh

it's end of year. already sent all the payment requests. we have big changes in the backend warehouses and people are very busy too.

we have answered all tickets, always within 24hrs and most of the time much quicker
