Can someone from customer support/MTS team please contact me regarding my current order.
I’ve sent two emails, filled out form on support.med-tech twice and sent message in moderator forum with no reply

I’m not having any luck with responses regarding my order. i know there’s a delay with one item which i was told. that was days ago.

still at the processing stage and been well over a week
