This is not enough. 150mg deca is ineffective in my opinion

Minimum dose 600 for results 900-1200 for serous gains anymore than this not is much gains add npp too

Deca i like around 900/1000mg week

Min 400mg decca a week for physical changes.

I took the Deca for 3 months 300/test e/deca and was pleased with my full look, no bloating and overall not as much pain in my shoulders
