Help for a noob.

Hi.

I'm male currently 43 years old
6ft 1" (185.4cm)
97.4kg (214lbs or 15.3 stone)
my targer weight is 85kg (187.83lbs or 13.14 stone)

I've ordered Clen but i'm wondering if i should be taking something with it to get maximum results?

Any advice would be very welcome. I'm not looking to get massive just need to trim down and be a lot more defined and lean.

T3 cytomel goes very well with clen for shredding up, t3 dosage 50-75mcg per day

also take some winstrol as tab if you dont like injectables and run it 50mg per day for 6 weeks every day
