We all know the huge and future Mr Olympia Blessing from Redcoon 1. and can someone explain how this huge athlete keep is size eating 6 meals ( 5 of them with 250gr rice cooked each meal and the last one just a whey shake) ? Of course all genetics are diferents but we talk someone around 300lb. What is the secret ?

digestion of food is key and also they cram all the food in, thats part of the reason for big bubbly guts with these huge guys: the sheer amount of food needed, they are always digesting and eating.
