When you go off insulin in rest days or when you cycle off , what is the best berberine to use to reach insulin sensativity again?
Metformin?
ALA?

metformin i like, 500mg 2x a day, also go zero carbs for 2 weeks keto this is best way to get back insulin sensitivity. fasting is even better but very few can do that
