Chinese genetics and still packed on weight

I've used MTS back in start of 2020. I'm from Guangzhou China but live in London now.

Weigh 100kg, well... i'm short. I bought from these guys and turned out to be the best gains I made.

I spent nearly 20 years in Hong Kong. From what I know of Chinese genetics...

It's hit and miss; just like everyone else.

In Hong Kong, (from experience)... it appeared more than 50% of people who went to the gyms were on gear. Like a serious epidemic... so easy to get it and so cheap.

But look at this guy I know .... Jay Tam IFBB PRO.... This guy is like 5'5; his nick name is literally "BIG ARMS GEI" - Very few people look like this even when the gear is rampant everywhere.

What I noticed is that....
Doesn't matter what country you come from. You'll have some people with awesome genetics... but a whole ton of people with shit.

Common things I've noticed that with Chinese, most successful bodybuilders are short. I don't think they even benched 140kg for 10 reps if at all... These guys don't take hardly anything and look like this. Excellent genetics.

Of course we all know some country´s or races have better genetics like Brasilian womens can win all fitness show easy , Cabo Verde men´s even without training most of them look athletic and if they go to bodybuilding is almost impossible to beat them because of the shape, roundness, muscle bellies, small waist ( they born to be athletes ). But like BIGDADDY says all country´s have someone with good genetics . Look at me Portuguese and with crazy genetics
But today is not only genetics because some years ago country´s like china dont have good bodybuilders . Is the knowledge we have now , better gym equipment , better and new drugs ( sarms , peptides and others ).

This Hong Kong athlete is incredible , and i can garanted is not that big or heavy but is density , hardness and symmetry makes him look like a perfect beast . What a level we have today.

The way to improve and have sucess is never complain about our obstacles , because all the country´s all lives have good and bad things , and we always should play with our guns. if you have no genetics but have money , use the money to change genetics and sussed , if you have good genetics and no money work hard and use all your genetics

nah man... these bodybuilders would eat the same as any western bodybuilder. they're not going to get this big eating fried rice and dumplings.
