Can I please have some advise on a cycle?

Looking for a safe healthy cycle as I'm 53 years young and looking to do this safe and healthy as possible. As health is now the most important thing for me now.

Trying to put on lean mass only, keeping Blood pressure and water retention low as low as possible.

Training 5-6 days a week, with cardio and weights, eating a healthy diet.

I was thinking of a Test E and Primo cycle, firstly what dose and time frame would you recommended or would you completely change products?

could slightly Increase the test too 600 but the above you’ll see nice gains and age being the main factor here as like you’ve said health is everything here

Thank you for your advise, I go with 300mg of each for 16 weeks,

Test E + masteron is what i prefer for all people over 40´s because gives you the sex drive of a kid and well being and energy

if you can afford 2ius hgh will be plenty

I also agree with the masteron option instead of the primo due to the androgen section drive increase can always add some proviron as well if u want to go with primo

Totally agree with the use of Masteron in that case !

And masteron from MTS is amazing product. I use it alot. People say masteron E is not good but i can tell most of the time i use E and crazy hardness and sex drive. I only use short esters end of cutting. All year i go with long ester.

Can vouch for mast it’s amazing I don’t get hairloss either or crazy sexdrive just dryness hardness more round look and no gyno no acne can run the test high with no issues love mast but mast and test have made my body hair grow a lot
