Hi my name is matt I’m going to be documenting my prep for my national show to get my Ifbbpro card in bodybuilding will post my pictures from last show and then my pictures every week until show day.

Current wieght Is 172.5lbs
Goal LW bodybuilding cut off wieght is 154 lbs

Show date is 12/17/2021

Gear protocol as of now is

Sust at 750mg a week
Eq at 450 mg a week
Hgh 4ius upon waking up
25mg aromasin EOD
T-bol 40mg Ed
