In the past we have B12 jaba but now only Neurobion that is a B Complex . What is the best way to use it?

Metformin depletes b12 so is absolutely needed
I’d go before workout energy or whenever else you feel best injecting before bed post workout

Probably pre workout because post workout alot to inject GHRP6 ´+ HGH + humalog . And dosage ?

1000mcg per day i do this but tablet form and it’s safe you’ll just urinate it out if it wasn’t used
