1) HGH/Insulin - don't take insulin without HGH, don't take HGH everyday
2) Bulking vs. cutting steroids - the difference is the diet, cosmetic effect
3) Abandoning heavy training = not gain the density

This is great Trestolone sounds amazing can be used over test but would never not use test but it sounds like it’s the best growth compound and could be used at low dose too

Alot of people talk Tony Hughes knows nothing , but this man change the concept of bodybuilding and open the eyes many of us. He does something that worth´s much more than studies in mousses . He do experiences with himself , testing many different protocols and giving us much more information about this sport .

I want to remind the extreme importance of the point number 6 !!!
So many people are scared about E2 and actually take to much AI...
Low E2 = limited gains

I think is the biggest mistake this days to not get real results . Check the evolution of Derek Lunsford with Hany Rambod . Huge improvements but looking high estrogen
