I just push him hard because is is first contest at 42 years old and also i dont know how is body reacts . Now is almost ready and show is November . Time to slow down and focus on poses.

This is Bruno with 15 years old , natural . Since child he shows he as a amazing genetics to sports including bodybuilding . Always lean and shredded all is life , and something very important he loses fat at same rate all body ( when he gets striated pecs he as striated glutes same time .
