I took some big n full for my first cycle it was amazing I pinned my shoulders and it was crazy I blew up so quick , I walked onto a pub and my friends were like omg what have u been eating lol. I got a bit embarrassed to be honest, anyway I've just ordered 4 bottles through a friend from this site , I will keep u posted
