Phosphatidylserine supplements can block certain negative effects of increased cortisol levels for a long time. By reducing and stabilizing cortisol levels, phosphatidylserine also helps regulate metabolism, strengthen memory, improve mood, and reduce inflammation.

800 mg BC-PS supplementation lowered cortisol response by 30%, whereas 400 mg showed no significant results compared to placebo [9]. Also, 800 mg S-PS has been reported to reduce the cortisol response to intensive resistance training by 20%

Yes Phosphatidylserine reduce cortisol but is very expensive and you can reduce cortisol using good amount vitamin C , using trenbolone and most important sleeping well ( using gaba, melatonin , zma) . The sleep is the most important factor to row , burn fat and be healthy.

Yes this is true it’s very expensive only issue here too expensive too run
