PIP is normal - how to deal with PIP

I always try to tell that even pharma grade testoviron from Bayer direct from pharmacy give PIP , and sometimes last 2 to 3 days. Why many people claim telling that when product gives PIP as no quality if to premium testosterone give PIP

PIP is normal for 1 to 2 days yes but when pain is longer is not so normal and is better to take Ibuprofen or anti biotic like amoxiciline

I was getting nasty PiP form primobolan early this year. So frustrating as i can handle pip but this was nasty.
So i reluctantly stopped the primo and daily injections.
But looking back i wonder if the covid vacations put my body in inflammation mode? Or just sometimes the body needs a break.
