Hi guys

30yo male here and was blast and cruising steroids for approx 10 years since age of 20.

Have stopped taking testosterone now for personal reasons and did a PCT approx 6 months ago which involved HCG, tamoxifen and clomid

Have just had a blood test done and although my FSH/LH have sprung back from 0 my testosterone and free testosterone levels are still very low.

Results show:
FSH - 7.7 u/l - Optimal
LH - 4.4 u/l - Optimal
Testosterone - 5.370 nmol/l - Low
SHBG - 22.20 nmol/l - Optimal
Free Test - 0.118 nmol/l - Low
Estrogen - 41.4 pmol/l - optimal

Image: https://ibb.co/hHr8bdF

This to me indicates primary hypogondism or have I just not given it enough time? Should I wait longer and do another hcg blast?

Still holding on to gains, energy levels ok, sleep ok, appetite ok, no libido whatsoever, using tadalfil, and have episodes of brain fog and depression/anxiety. Some days are good and some are bad. Balls are somewhat plump and hanging.

TRT would be last resort….

Thanks

Brother why you stop usin g testo? when we do gear for long time we need to understand and mostly after 25 years old body dont produce enough testo to be healthy . Always use at least 250mg week test E

Remember at this age testosterone use is more healthy than unhealthy

Excuses. First you dont need to stop to make your wife pregnant. second is so easy travel with one bootle test . People find excuses to not do the work.

Which ester is best for less injection frequency?

Can inject once every 2 or 4 weeks?

Brother are you looking to increase side effects? the more frequent you inject the better and less sides. Inject at least 1x week but ideal is 3 times week

If you want to keep your blood level stable chose all Enahntate (test , tren , primo )

Just Truth right here, I always tell people, the more frequent you inject (especially for acetate/propionate, but even for enanthate), the more you avoid side effects.

For TRT I do twice a week.
For cycle, even enanthate Esther I do EOD (every 2 days), that’s how I reduce all risks and sides effect

There are TRT clinics now in UK. Most are gels. I am paranoid about buying testosterone from labs because I do not know what I’m getting. I have had stuff before that’s been overdosed and under dosed. Is testosterone undec the best ester to try and do you sell this? I want as less injections as possible.

Sorry, we don't sell this type of test. I would recommend the gels given your requirements.

Coming off a heavy blast requires patience. The hormone levels do not stabilise immediately - it takes 6-8 weeks at cruise dose before you have a reliable baseline. Bloodwork at week 8 of cruise is the right time to assess where you are. If you have specific bloodwork questions post them here.

Cruise dose depends on what your natural levels were before you started. I cruise on 200mg test e per week, keeps me around 800-900 at trough which is upper natural range for me. Give it 8 weeks before you judge how you feel. The first 4 weeks coming off blast you will feel like garbage regardless of what you do.

The half-life math matters here. Test E takes 4-6 weeks to fully clear from blast levels down to cruise range. SHBG will remain suppressed for weeks after that. Do not adjust cruise dose until at minimum week 6 or you are chasing your tail. I use at-home serum tests now which removes most of the guesswork.

The biggest mistake people make coming off blast is expecting to feel good quickly. You will not. It takes 6-8 weeks minimum before your cruise dose is stable and you feel anything close to normal. I have been blasting and cruising for 14 years. The first 3-4 weeks off a heavy blast is just riding out the hormonal drop. Keep training, keep eating, and do not make any decisions about your protocol for at least 8 weeks.

Cruise is not the same as being off. Your HPTA is still suppressed - that is the point of cruising. Give it 8 full weeks at the new dose before judging how you feel. First 3-4 weeks after a heavy blast is always rough regardless of cruise dose.

Blast and cruise is a permanent lifestyle decision. The research comparing B and C versus on and off protocols suggests better hormonal stability and potentially better cardiovascular outcomes when the cruise is managed at physiological TRT levels with regular monitoring. If you are seriously considering B and C, factor in the permanent fertility implications and be honest with yourself about that before you commit.

The data on cruise protocols shows significant individual variation in how quickly hormone levels stabilise. From my own tracking at 200mg test E weekly: total testosterone stabilises at approximately 900 ng per dL by week 8. Free testosterone takes slightly longer. I measure at week 4, week 8, and week 12 before making any dose adjustments. The patience required here is the part most people get wrong.

this is my third cycle and coming off is still the part i dread the most. first few weeks on cruise are rough regardless. good to see people saying 8 weeks is normal because i thought something was wrong with me when i still felt flat at week 4
