My order still says being processed

I ordered and payed on a Friday but my order still says it’s being processed even though i payed over 5 days ago. Just wondering what’s happened to my order or if I’ll get a refund or a another order? I’m not sure if this is normal or not thanks.- sorted now and found out some of my order was out of stock.

You’ll always get what you order there is never a worry if out of stock it will be pending

This was sorted. Sometimes there are delays due to upstream supplier delays or issues. In this case, the supplier sent us the wrong product and hence caused a week delay. Apologies.
