Order cancelled

Good day gentleman
A long term customer. Quite perturbed by the fact that I've had an order cancelled despite making payment and providing evidence.
I'd appreciate if I can be contacted on what's going on as this has never happened before in all the years I've used MTS.

Hi. There are NO emails in our help system by you, so I don't have anything to check. Send an support ticket directly here: Contact Us - MTS support

I have sent you 3 emails with payment instructions and as far as I can see you didn't get any of them so I am unsure how you paid. Please contact us in the above link directly.

Ok. I receive your emails and have had no problems with safe-mail in the past...

Sent a message with the link you provided. Hopefully that confirms everything.

Great to see your a long term customer on mts you know you’ll always get your products there is never issues with that

Emails can always not go through at times like big daddy said
