It depends really some like using it for that reason but I’d keep it for when cruising or pct or if your wanting to keep fertile as much as possible

Both approaches work but with different goals. HCG during cycle preserves testicular volume and keeps intratesticular testosterone production going, which generally makes the transition off blast smoother. HCG in PCT is used to restart LH signaling when you have come fully off. If you plan to blast and cruise long term, using it during cycle at 500iu twice weekly is the standard protocol.

It’s not can be on year round but if cancer prone be careful but most using hgh never really get cancer igf1 is the main cause effect

check blood sugars morning fasted
Go by this on dosage

For health collagen
2-4iu daily

For fullness igf1 collagen cell division
6-20iu daily

been reading conflicting stuff on this for ages. on my last blast i used HCG at 500iu twice a week throughout and coming off was noticeably easier than my previous blast where i did not use it. recovery felt faster. might just be my experience but felt real enough to keep doing it

Never came off after my first blast 12 years ago so HCG is part of my TRT management now rather than PCT. 500iu twice weekly year round keeps testicular function going and makes the blast to cruise transition smoother. Started doing it after my first blast because recovery without it was rough. Never looked back.

HCG during blast is standard practice for any sensible long term blaster. 500iu twice weekly. Not optional if you want to maintain testicular function and make recovery manageable. Anyone who tells you it does not matter has probably never tried coming off without it.
