Hi Chaps

Doing Test E, for TRT for last coupe of years as over 50 years old, have always done 150 ml per week for year with MTS test e with no issues, always feeling great.

Just had a blood test with NHS but serum testosterone levels came back really low at a 7.4 nmol/l. Has same test a year ago and levels were 18 nmol/l using same 150ml per week.

Bumped the dose up to 300ml for one month and re-tested with NHS levels came back at 11.8 nmol/l.

Can you help as the last order of Test bottles i've received from you seem to be really under dosed?

Your test dose question depends on your TRT prescription dose and what your levels look like at trough. A proper blood test at 6-8 weeks will tell you if 300mg is the right move or if you should adjust. Everyone responds differently so bloods are the only way to know for sure.
