If your debit card is through an online bank (Chime, Discover, Netspend etc.) and not a brick and mortar store (Chase, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) you CANNOT use PP. There are tighter security restrictions for online banks, so you'll have to pay with Bitcoin.

US Domestic is running properly now. Stock rotates monthly. China situation has tightened supply but we are managing it. UK warehouse still ships worldwide with the remailer for US customers.

The remailer service works well from my experience. US domestic handling adds a few days but the domestic leg removes the customs uncertainty entirely. For customers in states with stricter enforcement I would strongly recommend the remailer option over direct international shipping.
