Advice for a new member

Hi firstly I apologies if this is not the correct place for this,

I have taken Test E for 3 months (purchased from med lab), 210mg a week, I have good results in recovery and building some muscle, some background on me im 30, 5ft 11 and weigh 104kg - fat around the torso and chest - on this cycle it has helped build muscle and lose a bit of fat, but I was hoping more improvement while being on this, I am now on PCT taking clomid 50mg daily for 2 weeks then 25mg daily for 2 weeks.

I needed some advice as I am still new to this I wanted to know if I was taking too low of a dose of test E or if I should take soemthing else instead as I want to get lean and lose fat, build muscle. My diet is now better and I consume around 130g of protein daily I also know it takes time and appreciate any advice

First, hire a coach (ME)
it’s impossible to give precise advice without photos, history, or proper background.

You might be dealing with things like lactose intolerance or insulin resistance, but with such limited information, it’s only speculation.

What I can say is this:
• Keep your testosterone in. You don’t want your hormones crashing.
• Do your cardio.
• Hit your daily steps.
• Eat a balanced, consistent diet.
• And most importantly: give it time. Progress takes patience.
