I have rotator cuff problem for 8 weeks now. Physio is helping a little but very slow. I start BPC-157 sub-Q 250mcg twice daily 3 weeks ago and the improvement is noticeable. Less pain in morning, better range of motion. Is this real effect or placebo? I am sceptical person normally but this seems to work. Anyone else with similar experience? Also oral vs sub-Q - I chose sub-Q but I read oral can also work for gut healing.

Not placebo mate. I had a nagging hip flexor for months that physio couldnae sort. 6 weeks of BPC sub-Q and it was gone. Did it twice now with the same result. Sub-Q at the injury site or close to it seems to work better than oral for joint and tendon issues in my experience.

Definitely not placebo. I stacked BPC with TB-500 for a torn bicep tendon and the recovery was noticeably faster than what my physio expected. Sub-Q is the way for musculoskeletal stuff. Oral has its place for gut and inflammation but for rotator cuff you want it closer to the site. Source matters a lot too - make sure you are getting properly dosed peptides.

The research on BPC-157 is limited to animal studies but the anecdotal evidence from the lifting community is substantial enough to take seriously. Mechanism appears to be upregulation of growth hormone receptors locally and promotion of angiogenesis at injury sites. Sub-Q is superior for rotator cuff - inject as close to the injury as practical. TB-500 is worth adding for systemic effect, 5mg twice weekly. Store reconstituted peptide at 4 degrees celsius and use within 30 days.

Glad it is working for you. I tried BPC oral for some gut issues I was having on cycle and it helped a fair bit. Never done sub-Q but it sounds like that is the better route for what you are dealing with. Where are you sourcing yours from if you don't mind me asking?

I also want to try this for a knee problem I have. How do you know correct injection site for sub-Q with shoulder? Do you inject directly over the injury or just nearby? And is insulin syringe correct to use? Sorry for basic questions.

Yes insulin syringe is correct. Inject near the injury site, does not need to be exact. For shoulder I would do the fatty tissue around the deltoid. 29-31g needle is fine. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, not regular water if you want it to last more than a day or two.

Peptides are legit for injury repair, I have used BPC twice. The sourcing question is the real issue - there is a lot of underdosed garbage out there. Worth paying extra for a reputable source. Results vary but I have seen it work well enough that I always keep some on hand during a blast just in case.
