Running primo at 600 and test at 300 for a lean mass block. 12 weeks in now. Strength is decent, dropping body fat slowly, nothing dramatic. It is boring as hell which is probably why it works. No water, no mood nonsense, joints feel fine. Anyone had meaningfully different results at similar doses? Thinking about bumping primo to 800 next time but not sure it is worth the cost increase.

That is a solid lean mass setup. Primo at 600 is the sweet spot for most guys - enough to see clear benefit without the cost going mental. I ran similar numbers last year and the results were exactly as you describe, slow and boring but what you keep is real. Did you see any strength increase or mostly body composition changes?

Primo at 600 with test at 300 is a well-constructed lean mass protocol. The low test keeps aromatisation controlled while the methenolone provides the anabolic drive without estrogenic or significant androgenic side effects. The cost argument against bumping to 800mg is legitimate - primo is expensive per milligram. The marginal benefit from 600 to 800 is real but modest. I would exhaust 600mg for 16 weeks before concluding more is needed.

Primo is one of the best compounds out there and boring is exactly the right word. No drama, steady progress, good joint feel, nothing to manage. 600 is a good dose. Going to 800 does give more but the cost per mg is brutal. I would only bump it if your diet and training are dialled in completely and you have run 16 solid weeks at 600 first.

Primo is the compound that makes you look like you actually lift rather than just look puffy. The slow steady recomp is the appeal. I ran 500 with 250 test for 14 weeks and came out leaner and harder than any other cycle. Would not say the strength gain was massive but everything stayed when I came off which tells you it was real.

Primo is on my list for next year when I have the budget for it. Sounds like exactly what I am after - lean gains, keepable results, no water drama. Is hairline something to watch with primo or is that mainly a DHT compound issue? I am paranoid about that one.

Primo has moderate DHT activity so hairline risk exists if you have genetic predisposition. Less than masteron but not zero. For most guys at 600mg it is not a major issue. If hairline is a concern you should know your genetics before running any DHT-derived compound. Good cycle setup overall.

Primo is quality when you can get legit raws in it. That is the catch - it is one of the most faked compounds out there. A lab you trust matters more for primo than almost anything else. Your results sound real so looks like you are sorted on that front.

Primo faking is real, BrooklynIron is right. A lot of what gets sold as primo is actually test or something cheaper. The fact your results match what primo should produce - slow lean gains, no water - is a good sign you have the real deal. Which source are you using if you don't mind sharing?

Very interesting thread. So primo is considered a premium compound because of cost and faking problems? For someone like me starting out, would you say it is better to master the basics with test only first before considering something like primo? Or is it realistic as a second or third cycle compound?
