MTS does not call the post office in your own country for you

I want to make it clear.

We are not going to call your local post office in your own country that speaks your language to follow up your delivery and ask why the product had not reached your mail box yet.

If you cannot speak your own language to your own post office that is down the road from you and you expect me to do it than you will be waiting a very long time.

so what does that team of 100 language experts you have on staff do all day?
