Anyone running mast high enough at the end of a blast to ditch the AI entirely? Been on 500 test e and 400 mast e for 10 weeks. Dropped the adex at week 6 when mast was fully saturated and E2 has stayed in range, currently at 28 on bloods. No signs of gyno, feel sharp and dry. Think there is a tendency to overcomplicate estrogen management when mast does the job on a test-heavy cycle. Not saying it works for everyone but worth knowing if your mast is high enough.

Aye this works but the ratio has to be right. Test needs to be at most 1:1 with mast, ideally mast higher, for it to meaningfully blunt E2. Running 500 test and 400 mast I would still keep adex on hand. Some lads aromatise harder than others. Bloods at 28 sounds fine though, if it is working for you then crack on.

Solid approach mate. I run mast in every blast now partly for this reason. Not a full AI replacement at 400mg but it takes enough edge off that I use adex very sparingly. The other benefit is the hardening effect and the mood lift you get from mast, makes the back end of a blast feel a lot better than just grinding on test alone.

Masteron does not inhibit aromatase directly, it competes for binding at the receptor level and also reduces SHBG which increases free testosterone but that is a separate issue. The E2 suppression effect is real but indirect and dose-dependent. At 400mg mast with 500mg test you are borderline, it will work for moderate aromatisers but heavy aromatisers will still need an AI. Bloodwork at 28 confirms it is working for you specifically. Good data point.

Interesting, never tried this approach. Does the mast need to be fully saturated before you can drop the AI or can you phase it out gradually once the mast is at steady state? Also curious whether you notice any difference in how you feel off the adex vs on it, mood wise.
