been thinking about running semaglutide at a low dose like 0.5mg per week while on a lean bulk with test and primo. idea is to keep fat gain minimal while still eating enough to grow. i know some guys say the appetite suppression makes it hard to hit calories but maybe at low dose it is manageable. has anyone actually tried this combo? worried it might blunt muscle gain if calories drop too much

Tried 0.25mg weekly during a cruise, appetite suppression was real even at that dose. Had to force feed to hit protein targets. On a lean bulk it would work but you need to be disciplined about eating even when you are not hungry. The fat control was impressive, stayed very lean. For the actual bulk phase I would stick to food and just eat cleaner. Save sema for a cut.

Using it right now at 0.5mg, not on cycle just TRT. Appetite is noticeably down, I have to remind myself to eat. If you are trying to surplus for a bulk it becomes a real effort. Might work better for a recomp where you are eating at maintenance rather than a proper bulk. The lean gains you get from staying clean are real though.

Ran it at 0.25mg weekly during a cut with test and mast. Worked a treat for keeping appetite in check without tanking energy. Would not try it on a proper bulk, the whole point of a bulk is eating above maintenance and sema fights that directly. If you want a lean bulk just run test and primo with a clean diet, same result without fighting your own hunger signals.

Makes no sense to suppress appetite on a bulk. The gear helps you use the surplus, not create it. If fat gain is a problem change the food quality not add a peptide that makes eating a chore. Sema is a cut tool.
