Right we are doing this properly. Tren ace - you can control it, sides clear quick if you drop it. Tren e - easier pinning schedule, some say smoother. I have run both. Ace every single time for me. Aye it is a pain pinning more often but when the night sweats or the anxiety gets bad at least you know you are two days from it easing. Tren e and you are sitting with sides for a week minimum. What are you lot using.

Not run tren yet but planning to next year. Definitely going ace based on everything I have read here and elsewhere. The idea of being stuck with sides for weeks while the e ester clears sounds awful. Will keep the dose low first time too, 200mg ace to see how I respond before going higher.

Ace. No contest. Only ran tren once and I went ace specifically because I wanted an exit option. Sides were manageable but I would not have wanted to be stuck with e ester and waiting weeks for the sweats and aggression to clear. Short ester gives you control.

Tren e here. Ran it twice and the sides were not as bad as everyone makes out for me personally. Once weekly injection fits my schedule and I did not notice any particular mood spikes. Think tren response is very individual. Some blokes get wrecked on 200mg e, others cruise at 500 ace no problem. Know yourself.

Ran ace at 300mg for 8 weeks. Sides were manageable - some insomnia and a bit of sweating but nothing that stopped me functioning. Would not go higher than 400mg though, that is where I hear it gets rough for most people. The strength gains were insane. Nothing touches tren for body recomposition.

I have not used tren. In Germany it is harder to get than some other compounds. But reading this thread I think if I try it I will use ace. The control argument makes sense to me. Better to have option to stop quickly if something goes wrong. Tren e sounds like too big a commitment for first time.

Never touched tren personally but everyone I know who has says the same thing - go ace your first time, no exceptions. The control argument wins. If you react badly to it you want it out of your system in days not weeks. NYC guys seem to mostly run ace from what I have seen.

Thank you for this thread. I am still on my first cycle planning but it is good to learn about compounds for the future. Tren sounds very serious. I think I need at least 2-3 cycles before I would even consider it. Is that a reasonable timeframe or do experienced members recommend even more experience first?

The pharmacokinetic argument clearly favours ace for a first run. Trenbolone acetate peaks and clears in 3-4 days. With enanthate you are looking at a week plus for clearance after stopping. For an experienced user who knows their response, e ester is a reasonable choice for convenience. For anyone uncertain how they will respond to tren, ace is the only sensible option.

Ace. Ran tren twice, both times ace. The first time the insomnia was brutal and I was glad to be done with it quickly. Second time went smoother, lower dose. Would not want to be locked into e ester based on how rough the first run was. Rick from Boston says ace, final answer.
